Ken’s teaching curriculum includes a variety of different books (his own and otherwise), listening materials, charts and practice tips for players of every ability level.
DRUM SET: ALL STYLES Including: Rock, Jazz, Latin, Ethnic, Funk, Double Bass, Time-Keeping, Soloing, Polyrhythms, Ostinatos, Reading, Transcribing, and Establishing a Groove.
SNARE DRUM: Hand Technique, Rudiments, Marching Band and Concert Band Material, and Solo literature.
Stress is placed on the Basics, Theory, Feel, and Playing the part.
